My frame number is RC174001271 could you check on your microfiche
if that number exists?

I know the PO did not change the cam chain tensioner, but I think 
the owner before him at least changed the cam chain. I also think
he worked at Honda, with unlimited access to cheap spare parts, so
he might have changed it for something from another bike. I will
try to find out his name and address to see what I can find out.

It isn't much to see from the outside of the engine, and I doubt 
it if Andreas would be very pleased if I started taking his engine
apart!

Besides that, he live on the other side of the country.
